TV Mount Services provides remote and on-site technical assistance for setting up and configuring various consumer devices. By booking a service, you authorize our technicians to access, adjust, and configure your device solely for the purpose of completing the requested setup.
We do not guarantee long-term device performance, compatibility, or functionality beyond the initial setup and configuration.
All services are delivered based on the information you provide at the time of booking. Our responsibility is limited to the agreed-upon setup tasks.
Any additional requests, troubleshooting, or services outside the original scope may require extra time and may result in additional charges, subject to your approval.
Service fees are non-refundable once the setup process has started.
If you experience an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to review and address the concern. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued after this period.
Tv Mount Services is not responsible for issues that arise after the completion of the service, including but not limited to device malfunctions, software updates, system incompatibility, data loss, or hardware failures.
Our liability is limited strictly to the services performed during the scheduled appointment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or performance of your device.
